Items will be posted after payment is cleared.

For textiles please allow two weeks for an order to be dispatched.

For paper goods, all items are sent Royal Mail First Class and UK delivery is normally within 3 to 5 working days.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We think you’ll love your Ginger Line Design, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we do offer refunds and exchanges. For a refund, simply return the product in its unused state. Alternatively, if you would prefer an exchange please email info@gingerlinedesigns.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 working days of delivery, and you have notified us via email 24hours after receiving the parcel. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

COLOUR AND SIZE VARIATIONS

Please take note that all products are hand printed individually. Due to the nature of the screen printing process colours, patterns and sizes may vary slightly from product to product. We do our best to match the photographs on the website as closely as possible to the product, however due to individual monitor settings, colours may vary slightly to the real product.

TEXTILES - Please note some colours may vary from batch to batch but we try our utmost to match colours as closely as possible.
